Formed in 1999, The National is an American rock band with its roots in Cincinnati, Ohio, although they found their initial footing in Brooklyn, New York City. The band comprises a talented ensemble featuring lead vocalist Matt Berninger, alongside twin brothers Aaron Dessner and Bryce Dessner, as well as brothers Scott Devendorf and Bryan Devendorf.
