Laura Gemser

Élete:

Laura Gemser indinéziai születéső színésznő. 5 évesen szüleivel Hollandiába költözött 1955-ben. Utrechtben végezte el a tanulmányait, a MULO Regentesseschool középiskolába járt. Ezután divattervezőnek tanult.

Fotómodell karrierjét szexmagazinokban kezdte meg és ismeretsége gyorsan nőtt. 1970-ben Olaszországba költözött. A nagy filmes áttörést az Emmanuelle 2 hozta meg számára 1975-ben. Ez csak egy kisebb mellékszerep volt, de a szexjelenetben nyújtott alakítása megkedveltette a nézőkkel. Felkeltette a figyelmét több rendezőnek is, ami a Playboyban bemutatott képeknek köszönhető. Az  Emanuelle-filmben szerepelt először együtt a nála 18 évvel idősebb Gabriele Tintivel, akihez egy évvel később feleségül ment.

Élete során szinte csak szexjelenetekben lehetett látni, a legtöbb szerepe hasonló volt. Némelyik filmjét Amerikában is sugározták, de kizárólag éjszakai sávban mehettek. Némelyik jelenetet még így is cenzúrázták.

1976-ban az Eva nera egyik szerepét is megkapta, majd egy német alkotásban, a Die Todesgöttin des Liebescamps is feltűnt a rendező ajánlatának köszönhetően. 

1992-ben jelent meg utolsó filmje, ami az Una Tenera storia névre hallgatott.
