During my recent trip, I used services at the PHX Terminal, and I was pleased by how professional and efficient they were overall. Despite not having a dedicated terminal at Phoenix, Etihad's partner service within the terminal offered a smooth check-in process and polite support during my trip. The personnel made sure I had all the information I needed for my subsequent journey and were both educated and attentive. My waiting experience was considerably more pleasurable because of the terminal's tidy, cozy, and well-maintained amenities. The prompt security procedure and amiable service were really appreciated. All in all, I had an amazing experience that well surpassed my expectations.
