Help with posting topics

I would like to ask you for help to post topics in accordance with the rules of the forum.. Yesterday I posted topics (new photos for some stars) and I saw that these topics have all been removed and I don't know why.
I did not find the rules to make a subject consistent, could you tell me where I can find them please?
